While living in New York I became aware of how the built environment
has a profound affect on the people living in the city. This realization and my love for parks lead me to pursue a Master’s in Landscape Architecture, while freelancing as a product designer on the side. A year into the program, I found the iterative software development process and service design to be more compelling. However, I learned theories and tactics to help me think about complex systems which proved useful to my product design practice.
